Terms of Use
TODO.
By downloading or using OfferIQ, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
What OfferIQ is — and isn’t
OfferIQ is a decision-support and record-keeping tool for rideshare and delivery drivers. It helps you evaluate offers and track mileage and vehicle costs. Its grades, estimates, and figures are informational only. OfferIQ does not provide tax, legal, financial, or investment advice. Verify important numbers and consult a qualified professional before relying on them — especially for taxes.
Not affiliated with the platforms
OfferIQ is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Grubhub, or any other platform. Those names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Always follow each platform’s own rules and driver agreements.
Accuracy & estimates
OfferIQ reads offers via OCR and computes estimates from the data available to it and the settings you provide. Readings can be imperfect and estimates can be wrong. You are responsible for the driving decisions you make.
Purchases
OfferIQ offers a free tier and a paid OfferIQ Pro tier. Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. Subscription and one-time purchase options, and any renewal or refund terms, are shown at the point of purchase.
Acceptable use
Use OfferIQ lawfully and safely. Don’t reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and never operate it in a way that distracts you from driving safely.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
OfferIQ is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost earnings, missed offers, tax outcomes, or other damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
