Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are between you and CHOFR LLC, the operator of OfferIQ. By downloading or using OfferIQ, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the iOS app.
What OfferIQ is — and isn’t
OfferIQ is a decision-support and record-keeping tool for rideshare and delivery drivers. It helps you evaluate offers and track mileage and vehicle costs. Its grades, estimates, and figures are informational only. OfferIQ does not provide tax, legal, financial, or investment advice. Verify important numbers and consult a qualified professional before relying on them — especially for taxes.
Not affiliated with the platforms
OfferIQ is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Grubhub, or any other platform. Those names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Always follow each platform’s own rules and driver agreements.
Accuracy & estimates
OfferIQ reads offers via OCR and computes estimates from the data available to it and the settings you provide. Readings can be incomplete or wrong, platform interfaces can change, and estimates do not guarantee actual earnings, costs, tax treatment, or results. Check the source offer before relying on a grade. You are responsible for the driving decisions you make.
Safety
Do not interact with OfferIQ in a way that distracts you while driving. Obey traffic laws, use hands-free features where permitted, and wait until safely parked before reviewing details.
Free and Pro access
OfferIQ offers a free tier and a paid OfferIQ Pro tier. Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s purchase terms. Current prices, billing periods, trial terms (if any), and one-time purchase options are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
License and acceptable use
CHOFR LLC gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use OfferIQ for lawful purposes under these terms and Apple’s rules. Except where applicable law permits it, don’t copy, reverse-engineer, resell, redistribute, interfere with, or misuse the app.
Availability and updates
We may fix, change, add, remove, or discontinue features, and may release updates needed for reliability, security, compatibility, or legal compliance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
OfferIQ is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHOFR LLC is not liable for lost earnings, missed offers, inaccurate OCR or calculations, tax outcomes, lost records, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions, so those exclusions apply only to the extent the law permits.
Termination and changes
You may stop using OfferIQ at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms. We may update these terms as the app evolves; the date above will identify the current version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
