Privacy Policy
OfferIQ is operated by CHOFR LLC. Offer screenshots are read and graded on your iPhone, and mileage is processed on-device. The records you save can be stored on your device and synced through your private Apple iCloud account. This policy explains the app and website data we use.
Data the app processes
- Offer screenshots & text. When you capture an offer, on-device OCR reads it to compute pay rates and a grade. The screenshot, extracted offer details, grade, and outcome can be saved in the app.
- Location & motion. To track mileage automatically, OfferIQ uses motion and location signals while you drive. Trips and routes are processed and recorded on-device.
- Bluetooth. OfferIQ can use your car’s Bluetooth head-unit as a signal to start and stop trips. It does not access the content of any audio.
- Vehicle & earnings data. Vehicle costs, service records, and the offer and trip history you build power your grades, Insights, and exports.
Storage and private iCloud sync
Saved records are stored on your device and may sync between your Apple devices using Apple CloudKit under your private iCloud account. CHOFR LLC does not operate an external server that stores your driver records. Apple provides and controls the iCloud infrastructure, subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
What the app does not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use advertising identifiers or third-party ad-tracking SDKs in the app.
- Insights are grounded in your own captured history — not live marketplace data harvested from you.
- We do not require you to hand over your gig-platform account credentials.
Data you choose to export or share
You can export tax-ready mileage reports (PDF and CSV) and share them with, for example, your accountant. When you export or share a file, it leaves the app under your control and is subject to the handling of whatever service or person you send it to.
Website hosting and analytics
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and may process network information such as an IP address as part of normal delivery and security. We use cookieless, first-party measurement to understand which pages and calls to action are useful. It can record the event type, campaign parameters, referring hostname, general country, and the placement of a clicked App Store or shortcut link. It does not receive your offer screenshots, routes, trip history, or vehicle records.
App Store purchases
OfferIQ is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple processes downloads, subscriptions, and purchases under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. CHOFR LLC does not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
Your choices
You control the permissions OfferIQ uses (location, motion, Bluetooth, notifications) from iOS Settings. Turning off a permission may disable the feature that depends on it — for example, automatic mileage tracking needs location and motion.
Delete saved items within OfferIQ when you want those changes to sync through iCloud. Removing the app deletes its local copy but may not remove records already synced to iCloud; you can manage iCloud data through your Apple ID and device settings.
Children
OfferIQ is intended for working adult drivers and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
