When can I use the Real Estate workspace?
Real Estate tools are available in the latest App Store version of OfferIQ. Choose Real Estate Agent or Both during setup, or enable the workspace later in Settings. The same app includes gig offer analysis and automatic mileage tools.
Does OfferIQ file my taxes or guarantee a deduction?
No. OfferIQ is a record-keeping tool that produces tax-preparation records and deduction estimates. You remain responsible for reviewing your records and deciding how to file with a qualified tax professional.
Does OfferIQ become my CRM?
No. Properties and clients are lightweight links for trips and expenses. OfferIQ does not manage leads, pipelines, transactions, commissions, MLS data, email, or external CRM integrations.
Can Calendar events classify trips automatically?
Yes, when you opt in with Pro, select calendars, and configure complete rules. A clear appointment match can classify a finalized trip. Ambiguous matches remain for review, and explicit classifications are protected. OfferIQ does not change events in your Calendar.
What happens to my Contacts?
You choose a contact to link and grant access through Apple’s controls. The link stays on that device; Contacts remains the source for current contact details. OfferIQ does not scan or bulk-import your address book. On another device, link the contact again.
Which Real Estate tools are free?
Automatic mileage, individual trip review, properties, clients, manual expenses, raw trip CSV, and the separate expense ledger are free. Pro adds Calendar assistance, receipt text extraction, bulk review, advanced insights, and detailed mileage, annual vehicle, and accountant PDF/CSV packages. One Pro purchase covers both workspaces.
